1991 - Established his Transport Company at Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Started National Fertilisers & Chemicals and Indian Farmers Fertilizers.
1995 - Started the business of fertilizers and transportation from Hajeera, near Surat, Gujarat. Expanded his transport business further across 6 states including Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat.Worked as a Consignment Agent of B. K. Birla Group’s Kesoram Cement, Vasavdatta Cement and Manikgadh Cement, in the entire South Gujarat area.
1995 to 2000 - Distributed JP Riva Cement and Meher Cement across Maharashtra.
1999 to 2018 – Did the warehouse work for Food Corporation of India (FCI) in Jalgaon, Jalna and Dondaicha.
2010 - Forayed into hospitality industry by purchasing Hotel Padma-Inn.
2015 - Created Aditya Farm with the objective of making luxurious Wedding Hall equipped with excellent facilities affordable to common and middle class families in Jalgaon.
2017 - Has bid the highest cost of Trident Steel at Mumbai High Court. Has been building there a complex for small enterprises and shops.
2018 - Entered into construction profession. Rudra Apartment- 12 flats, Mithila-150 flats housing project ongoing as a joint venture.
2018 - Business tie-up with Ambuja Cement, Wonder Cement. Build a warehouse in Jalgaon MIDC
2021 - Royal Enfield Showroom - Ayansh Automobiles, Aurangabad
